Start with a real SANS 164-1 plug (like the SABS plug you showed). Do not change the outside shape. Cut a 24 mm hole in the top centre. Insert the push button. Put the spring directly under the button. Put the ejector plunger in the centre between the three pins. Leave the rear cable exit exactly where it is on the original plug.
