Generate a 3D mechanical plunger part. The main body is a vertical rectangular shaft measuring 14.5 mm by 14.5 mm with a length of 60.0 mm. On the top end of this shaft, add a flat square cap that measures 20.0 mm by 20.0 mm with a thickness of 3.0 mm. On the bottom end of the shaft, create a U-shaped clevis joint (a two-pronged claw). The clevis should extend 15.0 mm downward, with a 6.0 mm wide slot cut out of the center to form the two prongs. Through both prongs of the clevis, bore a horizontal 3.3 mm diameter through-hole to accommodate an M3 pivot bolt. Add 2.0 mm internal fillets to the root of the U-shaped clevis for structural strength.
