The prompt
I need a printed polymer insert for a carbon fiber square tube which I am using for the X axis gantry beam of an industrial high precision 3d printer design. This insert should be a press fit to the inner dimension of the carbon fiber tube, which is a 1" square with .219" radius corners. The purpose of the part is to locate threaded inserts for M3 screws every 25mm on one face of the part. The part needs to be 500mm long, with the threaded inserts centered along one face.
