The prompt
I need a cylinder head created for a single piston engine where the piston is 3 inches in diameter. The head must use a single cam and the valvetrain must work like ducatis springless valve train system. Have an intake runner for one valve and exhaust runner for the other. For rotating parts, use ball bearings.
