The prompt

Create a 3D-printable finger phalanx for a robotic hand. Main body is a rectangular block 40 mm long, 15 mm wide, 13 mm thick with all outer edges filleted 1.5 mm. At one end (the knuckle end), cut a slot 6.5 mm wide and 10 mm deep across the full thickness, leaving two side ears each 4 mm wide. Drill a hinge hole of 2.3 mm diameter through both ears, perpendicular to the length, centered 5 mm from the end face and centered in thickness. At the opposite end, shape a tongue 6 mm wide and 10 mm long, centered in width, with a rounded tip and a 2.3 mm hinge hole through it at 5 mm from the tip. Along the bottom (flexion) face, cut a groove 1.5 mm diameter running the full length, centered in width, for a tendon line. Add a 3 mm wide, 3 mm deep pocket on the top face near the middle for a return spring or rubber band.
