Part 2 (Heating Chamber + cartridge socket, upper): cylinder OD 25 mm, height 40 mm, wall 2 mm; heating chamber Ø15 mm, height 20 mm with two opposing resistor terminal slots 2×1 mm each at the bottom; cartridge socket above chamber Ø14 mm, depth 15 mm with 0.5° friction-fit taper; vapor outlet slot 3×8 mm angled 30° upward near top; 4 M2 through-holes matching Part 1; bottom wiring pass-through opening Ø10 mm. Part 3 (Repellent cartridge): cylinder OD 13.8 mm, height 25 mm, wall 1 mm; porous disc wick region Ø10 mm as a 0.3 mm membrane; side fill hole Ø3 mm near top with snap-fit cap; ~3 mL capacity. Part 4 (Vapor nozzle): snap-fit fish-mouth nozzle for Part 2 outlet, outlet 8 mm wide × 3 mm tall, 15 mm directional channel angled 30° upward, wall 1.5 mm. Part 5 (Button cap): round cap Ø6 mm, height 3 mm with underside dovetail snap-fit and central Ø1 mm LED pass-through hole. Constraints: print each part without supports on flat faces; min wall thickness 1 mm; 0.5 mm edge fillets; mating clearance 0.2 mm.
