FULLY RECESSED SIDE SLOT: Along one of the long 50.3mm sides, create an open longitudinal recess (pocket) in the chassis. This slot must be long and deep enough so that the Hinge Arm AND the attached ball detent pin (which is shorter than 50mm) fold completely flush inside the body, with zero parts protruding when closed. 4. HINGE ARM (PART 3): Design a robust hinge arm that pivots at one corner of the chassis, allowing a full 180-degree clearance rotation (from fully flush inside the side slot to fully extended straight out). 5. THREADED INTERIOR: Inside the tip of the Hinge Arm, create a precise cylindrical hole with an internal M4 Metric Fine Thread (M4x0.5mm) to securely screw in the ball detent pin. 6. ASSEMBLY EXPORT: Ensure 0.4mm mechanical clearance between the pivoting arm and the main chassis. Export as three separate files: top_cover.step, bottom_cover.step, and hinge_arm.step.
