Universal Flexible Light Pipe Adapter This mechanical connector is designed to connect flexible silicone light guides (3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm outer diameter) and rigid light transmission cables (1 mm to 2 mm outer diameter) to standard LED lamp caps. Key structural features: Built-in self-centering conical sleeve enables automatic centering of inserted light guides and maintains high axial alignment to prevent light offset loss. Internal spring assembly keeps the end surface of light guide closely fitted to the light source, reducing gaps and improving light transmission performance. Integrated limiting ring avoids excessive compression of soft silicone components, preventing deformation and maintaining stable light transmission. Main housing material: UV stabilized POM; anodized aluminum available as alternative option. Interchangeable inserts support quick size switching without repositioning the light source.
