Create individual 3D block letters for the text: "THIAGARAJAR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING" Create EACH LETTER as a separate solid body. Every letter must fit inside an exact bounding box of 304.8 mm height × 203.2 mm width. Use a bold, clean, sans-serif block font with uniform 30 mm stroke thickness. Keep all letters geometrically consistent. Extrusion thickness: 10 mm. Because the Bambu Lab A1 maximum Z height is 256 mm, split EVERY letter horizontally into TWO separate printable bodies at exactly 152.4 mm height. Each half must remain within 203.2 × 152.4 × 10 mm. Add two 10 mm diameter alignment holes on every split surface, with 0.2 mm clearance. Position the holes symmetrically and ensure they do not intersect the letter geometry. Keep all dimensions parametric and export each letter and each split half as separate STL files. No decorative features, bevels, textures, or distortion. All dimensions must be in millimeters and suitable for accurate 3D printing.
