The prompt
Create ONE COMPLETE, FULLY ASSEMBLED 3D MECHANICAL CAD MODEL of the "SOLAR-POWERED EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT WITH RFID BASED IDENTIFICATION AND AUTOMATIC HEADCOUNT SYSTEM". CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: I DO NOT WANT SEPARATE UNASSEMBLED PARTS OR INDIVIDUAL 3D OBJECTS AS THE FINAL RESULT. I WANT ALL COMPONENTS PROPERLY CONNECTED, POSITIONED AND ASSEMBLED INTO ONE COMPLETE INDUSTRIAL PRODUCT, EXACTLY FOLLOWING THE UPLOADED REFERENCE IMAGE. OVERALL DIMENSIONS: Height: 2200 mm Width: 1200 mm Depth: 800 mm Entrance width: 1000 mm Entrance height: 2000 mm ASSEMBLY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Assemble four 80 × 80 × 3 mm square hollow steel columns into one rigid structural frame. 2. Connect the top and bottom horizontal steel supports to all four columns. 3. Attach the inclined solar panel mounting structure to the top frame at 15 degrees. 4. Fix the 1200 × 800 × 35 mm solar panel securely onto the roof brackets. 5. Attach the 1200 × 300 mm green EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY POINT signboard to the front top section. 6. Mount the LCD display enclosure directly below the signboard. 7. Mount the RFID reader on the left front vertical column. 8. Install two pairs of IR sensors opposite each other across the entrance, aligned horizontally. 9. Install the red warning beacon on the top-right side. 10. Fix the buzzer enclosure beside the LCD display. 11. Attach the green ENTER panel to the left side and the EXIT panel to the right side. 12. Install the floor plate with two directional arrows at the entrance. 13. Connect all mounting brackets, plates, supports and structural members using realistic mechanical joints and fasteners. 14. Ensure every component is physically attached to the main structure. No floating parts, no disconnected components, no overlapping geometry. FINAL ASSEMBLY: - Generate one complete assembled 3D product. - Keep all individual parts as editable components within the assembly. - Preserve correct component alignment and realistic mechanical clearances. - Show the complete assembly in a professional isometric view. - Also generate front, rear, left side and top orthographic views. EXPORT REQUIREMENTS: - Native editable assembly if supported. - STEP AP214 or AP242 assembly file (.STEP/.STP). - STL of the complete assembled product. - Ensure the STEP file contains the complete assembly, not just one individual component. FINAL CHECK: The final model must look like a fully manufactured industrial emergency assembly gate, matching the uploaded reference design. The entire structure must be assembled as ONE COMPLETE PRODUCT.
