Design a watertight, 3D-printable aerodynamic nose cone module for a fixed-wing tactical UAV, optimized for printing in Carbon Fiber Filled PETG (PETG-CF). The base of the nose cone must feature a flat, solid mounting shelf designed to fit flush on top of a 12.5cm wide laser-cut plywood avionics baseplate. At the precise apex tip of the nose cone, integrate a single, forward-facing circular camera aperture housing with an internal lip mount to securely flush-mount a single tactical FPV camera lens. Directly below the central camera aperture, extrude a solid, horizontal cylindrical guide channel with an exact 4.1mm inner diameter. This channel must run perfectly parallel to the longitudinal flight axis, serving as a friction-fit sleeve to securely mount a standard 4mm diameter metallic Pitot tube airspeed sensor so it protrudes 10cm forward into undisturbed airflow. The interior of the nose cone shell must be completely hollow with a uniform 2mm wall thickness, utilizing a 3-perimeter wall setup to withstand the structural aerodynamic pressures of high-speed catapult deployment.
