Rebuild the model as a complete sliding A4 paper cassette. The current tray is missing a proper continuous retaining lip and the side rails are too large. Make the tray OUTSIDE dimensions 305 mm long × 218 mm wide, with an internal A4 paper area of 211.5 × 298.5 mm. Keep the tray floor 2 mm thick and create a continuous 2.5 mm thick retaining lip that rises 3 mm above the tray floor around the paper area. Add two separate low-profile guide rails, each 300 mm long × 7 mm wide × 5 mm high. The tray must slide between them with 0.4 mm clearance per side. Add a 30 × 12 × 6 mm front pull handle. Add small rear travel stops that prevent accidental removal but allow the tray to be deliberately removed. Keep everything low profile and compatible with the 35 mm maximum total organiser height. Make all parts separate printable solids suitable for PLA FDM printing with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Avoid supports, magnets, screws and bearings. Rebuild the complete precision model rather than modifying only the visible surface.
