Generate a high-precision, multi-layered CAD model of a rectangular skin tissue engineering scaffold patch, designed for .STL export. The model must strictly combine two distinct geometries into a single, unified manifold mesh. The overall external geometry is a rectangular block 10 mm length x 10 mm width x 2.5 mm total height. Layer 1 (The Dermal/Vascular Zone): The bottom section of the block (1.5 mm height) is defined as a solid matrix. Embedded entirely within this solid matrix is an interconnected, continuous network of hollow, intersecting cylindrical channels (tubes), created by boolean subtraction. The horizontal channels have a diameter of 0.5 mm and create a complete 0°/90° perfusion grid open to the exterior faces of the block, representing the negative space left by a sacrificial Pluronic ink. Layer 2 (The Epidermal Zone): The top section of the scaffold (1.0 mm height) is fused to Layer 1. The top surface features a regular grid of blind, cup-like wells (appendage crypts), created by boolean subtraction from the top face. Each well has a diameter of 0.8 mm and a depth of 0.5 mm. These are closed wells, not pores. The final output must be a unified, watertight, manifold
