Silicone Lip Seal Membrane

Create ONE single thin flexible silicone membrane shaped like a shallow curved horseshoe. The main body must be a continuous solid piece, approximately 44 mm wide and 20 mm tall. The body should look like a thin curved shield covering the upper-lip/mustache area. Create a smooth central U-shaped nose opening approximately 12 mm wide. The material surrounding the opening is the main sealing surface. Do NOT create separate wings, arms, tabs, straps, or disconnected pieces. Make the entire object one continuous piece. Center thickness: 0.7 mm. Outer edge thickness: 0.25 mm. Smoothly taper the thickness toward the perimeter. Give the entire membrane a gentle 3D curvature matching the upper lip. Use smooth rounded edges. Material: soft platinum-cured silicone rubber, approximately 25 Shore A. The finished object should resemble a small flexible curved silicone facial seal, NOT goggles and NOT two separate wings.
