Keep the entire front face open for insertion of the valve. Create 3.0 mm side walls and a 4.0 mm rear wall. Use minimum R2 external fillets. Create sufficient internal space for the valve: VALVE_WIDTH = 128.0 mm VALVE_HEIGHT = 125.3 mm VALVE_DEPTH = 39.5 mm Maintain at least 1.5 mm clearance around non-critical valve surfaces. Do not add connector openings, screw holes, bosses or gasket features yet.
