The prompt
Create a parametric CAD model named "SC-MB-001 Universal Mold Box". Purpose: A reusable outer mold box for casting modular interlocking concrete blocks. The mold box itself is plain. All block geometry will come from removable inserts. Requirements: • Six-piece assembly: - Base plate - Left side panel - Right side panel - Front panel - Rear panel - Open top • Interior cavity: - Rectangular - Smooth walls - No stone texture - No interlocking geometry • Side panels: - Bolt-on construction - Corner alignment using 8 mm dowel pin holes - Bolt holes located outside the mold cavity • Base: - Flat removable plate - Registration pockets for future removable inserts - Drain/clean-out hole in one corner • Interior: - Add shallow locating pockets on each interior face for removable texture inserts. - Add locating pockets in the base for removable bottom inserts. - Do not permanently model any insert geometry. • Core system: - Include removable guide holes in opposite side panels for interchangeable PVC or printed core tubes. - Guide holes should be replaceable bushings, not molded into the box. • Draft: - 2° draft on interior walls for easy mold release. • Fillets: - 3 mm internal corner fillets. - 5 mm external edge fillets. • Construction: - Designed for CNC plywood, HDPE, aluminum, or 3D printed panels. - Panels assembled with socket-head bolts. • Parameters: - Interior Length - Interior Width - Interior Height - Wall Thickness - Insert Depth - Bolt Diameter - Dowel Diameter - Core Tube Diameter Generate each panel as an individual solid body and create a complete assembled model. Keep the design fully parametric for future scaling. Do not generate block geometry or stone texture.
