Requirements: • Same centerline spacing • Same notch widths • Same notch locations • Mirror the mating geometry where required so the two strips work together. • Maintain a minimum 0.250 in structural web beneath every notch. DRAFT: Apply a 5° draft to all vertical notch faces. FILLET: Inside corners: 0.0625 in radius Outside edges: 0.030 in break/chamfer BLOCK SEATING: Increase notch depth so the concrete block seats farther into the strip than the previous revision while preserving the existing interlock geometry. OBJECTIVES: • Self-centering • Self-leveling • Self-squaring • Rigid engagement • No undercuts • Mold-release friendly FASTENING: Provide countersunk #8 screw holes near both ends. Center holes across the 2.000 in width. Locate approximately 0.75 in from each end. Countersink for flat-head wood screws. PRINT: PETG 0.20 mm layer height 5 perimeters 40–50% gyroid infill No supports Print flat on the 16 x 2 face. OUTPUT: Single watertight solid suitable for STL export.
