The prompt
Create a rounded rectangular solid that is 30 mm wide, 30 mm deep and 150 mm long. Round the four long edges with a 5 mm fillet. Keep both end faces flat. Add a separate 4 mm diameter cord wrapped in a continuous spiral around the outside of the handle. The spiral starts 5 mm from the bottom and ends 5 mm from the top. Use an 8 mm pitch. The cord may have a smooth circular cross-section. Do not add rope texture, fibers, knots or undercuts. Keep the handle and cord as two separate solid bodies. The complete model must fit within 40 mm × 40 mm × 150 mm.
