Create a two-part 3D-printable protective sleeve for an existing teardrop-shaped RFID key fob. The complete original fob must remain intact and slide into the case. The original fob measures 52.5 mm long, 32 mm wide, and 4.8 mm thick. Create an internal teardrop-shaped cavity 53.1 mm long, 32.6 mm wide, and 5.4 mm thick. Leave the wide rounded end open for insertion. Create a separate snap-on end cap for the opening. Add a strong integrated key-ring loop at the narrow end. Use 1.2 mm walls around the RFID area. Reinforce the key-ring loop with rounded fillets. Design for PLA printing without supports. Use 0.35 mm snap-fit clearance. Make the sleeve and cap as separate bodies.
