The prompt

Prompt: Design a CAD model of a pedestal fan with a radar-guided pan/tilt head. Units: mm. Base and stand: Round weighted base, 300 mm diameter, 25 mm thick. A vertical telescoping pole, 40 mm diameter and 900 mm tall, rises from the center. Pan/tilt head (top of pole): NEMA17 stepper motor (42x42x40 mm) mounted vertically in a housing on top of the pole, shaft pointing up, for azimuth (pan) rotation. A rotating yoke plate on the shaft supports a tilt servo (23x12x28 mm) on one side. The tilt axis is horizontal, carrying the fan motor mount. Fan assembly: BLDC motor, 80 mm diameter x 60 mm long, mounted on the tilt bracket. 5-blade fan, 300 mm diameter, on the motor shaft. Front and rear finger-safe wire guard, 320 mm diameter, with concentric rings and radial spokes, spacing under 8 mm. Radar module: Small rectangular enclosure (35x25x10 mm) for the HLK-LD2450 on the front of the pole head, below the fan guard and facing forward. It must not rotate with the fan, so fix it to the stationary pole housing with a clear forward view and no obstruction. Electronics box: 100x70x30 mm enclosure on the pole at 500 mm height, holding the ESP32-S3, TMC2209 driver and BLDC driver. Add a small tip-over switch mount inside the base. Details: Add fillets of 3-5 mm on the housings, cable-routing hole through the pole, and matte white and grey colouring. Keep the parts as separate bodies with an assembly layout so the pan and tilt axes are clear. Tips: If the tool struggles with the full assembly, generate it in parts (base and pole, pan/tilt head, fan with guard) and combine them in a CAD program. Since your submission is a prototype, you may want to follow up with “show exploded view” or “add section view of the pan/tilt mechanism” to make the mechanism clearer to the judges. Note that the radar has to stay fixed while the fan pans. If you want it to rotate with the head instead, change the radar line to say “mounted on the pan yoke, facing the same direction as the fan.” Your abstract doesn’t specify which, so pick whichever matches your actual build.
