I Good afternoon. I need a drawing for two separate items for our sugar compression press. Item 1, Top Press Plate for Existing Mold We already have the mold/frame. I only need a new top compression plate made that will slide down inside the existing mold and compress the material. Existing mold dimensions: Interior opening: 9 1/4” x 5” Wall thickness: 1.250” The top plate should be made slightly smaller than the 9 1/4” x 5” interior opening so that it can slide smoothly down inside the mold without binding, while keeping the clearance as tight as reasonably practical. The plate will be used as the upper compression plate in a hydraulic press. Item 2, Complete New Mold Assembly I would also like a drawing for a complete new mold using the same general break-away design as our existing mold. Required finished interior dimensions: 8 1/2” long x 5 1/4” wide The mold needs enough usable vertical capacity to initially hold approximately 4” of loose material and allow that material to be hydraulically compressed down to a finished thickness of approximately 1 1/4”. The new mold should include: • Break-away side-wall mold assembly • Bottom/base plate • Separate top compression plate that slides down inside the mold • Interior dimensions of 8.500” x 5.250” • Sufficient wall height for approximately 4” of material before compression • Designed for a final compressed product approximately 1.250” thick So this is a two-item drawing. Two separate drawing on one page or two pages your choice. 1. Top compression plate only for our existing 9.250” x 5.000” interior mold 2. Complete new 8.500” x 5.250” break-away mold assembly with top and bottom plates as well.
