Refine the existing precision cam model without changing the following parameters: Base-circle radius = 19.5 mm Nose radius = 21.0 mm Flank radius = 55.12 mm Base/nose centre distance = 7.0 mm Follower lift = 8.5 mm Reconstruct the profile explicitly as a symmetric circular-arc cam for a flat-faced translating follower. Requirements: 1. Keep the base circle centered at the camshaft axis. 2. Locate the nose-circle center exactly 7.0 mm from the base-circle center along the vertical symmetry axis. 3. Use a 21.0 mm nose-circle arc for the nose. 4. Use 55.12 mm circular arcs for the two flanks. 5. Make the flank arcs tangent to both the base-circle transition and the nose-circle transition. 6. Make the complete outer profile symmetric about the vertical centerline. 7. Preserve exactly 8.5 mm maximum follower lift. 8. Use circular arcs only. No spline, Bezier, polynomial, or freeform geometry. 9. Keep the profile closed and manufacturable. 10. Expose the arc centres and transition points as editable geometric constraints/parameters where possible. 11. Do not introduce any additional dimensions unless required by the geometric construction. 12. Do not use the previously reported 31.75°, 38.75°, or 107° values as imposed constraints. Determine transition geometry from tangency. Return the refined precision CAD model and retain all parameters as editable.
