The prompt
Create a professional, compact and rugged 3D-printable enclosure for a rechargeable power bank. ELECTRICAL CONFIGURATION: - 3 × 3.7 V 7200 mAh lithium batteries - Battery arrangement: 3S1P - Nominal battery voltage: 11.1 V - Maximum charging voltage: 12.6 V - Total capacity: 7200 mAh - Approximate stored energy: 80 Wh ENCLOSURE DESIGN: Create the enclosure as TWO separate printable parts: 1. Main bottom housing 2. Removable top cover The enclosure must contain three individual battery compartments arranged in a straight 3S configuration. Add internal supports so the batteries cannot move inside the case. Include dedicated internal mounting space for: - 3S lithium-ion BMS - DC-DC power conversion/charging circuitry - USB-C module - USB-A output module - Digital battery percentage/voltage display - Power switch - DC connector EXTERNAL PORTS: Place the following on the front/side panel: - USB-C port - USB-A port - Digital display window - Power switch - DC input/output connector Make the USB ports and DC connector openings accurately sized for their respective modules. MECHANICAL DESIGN: - Wall thickness: 2.5–3 mm - Rounded external corners - Internal reinforcement ribs - Screw bosses for joining the top and bottom - M3 screw holes - Ventilation openings where appropriate - Cable-routing channels inside the enclosure - Strain relief around external connectors - Battery retention supports - Minimum 0.3 mm clearance between mating printed parts - No overlapping or self-intersecting geometry - All parts must be watertight/manifold and suitable for FDM 3D printing Make the design parametric so the battery compartment, PCB compartment and external dimensions can be changed later. The final design should look like a professional commercial power bank rather than a simple rectangular box. OUTPUT: Generate separate printable files for: - Bottom housing - Top cover - Optional internal battery spacers - Optional mounting brackets Export in STL and preferably STEP/3MF format. IMPORTANT: Do not guess the battery, BMS or PCB dimensions. Create editable parameters for their length, width and height so the exact measurements can be entered before final STL export.
