A custom 3D printable headlight eyelid cover for a car, specifically designed for the passenger side headlight of a Nissan Micra K11 (early phase), based on the visual profile seen in image_0.png. The cover has a wall thickness of 3.0mm. It features a non-linear, sculptural 3D curvature that matches the top-right and inner-left contours of the headlight glass. The top edge is a distinct curved arc that follows the car’s bonnet line. The bottom edge is an aggressive, sweeping downward diagonal curve, starting at a height of 55mm near the inner grille (left) and tapering sharply and smoothly to 0mm near the top-right corner, leaving the rightmost indicator section of the headlight entirely uncovered. The inner-left edge is rounded to match the grille housing. The overall shape creates a very angry, aggressive hooded expression. The main body of the eyelid has a convex surface profile to follow the headlight glass bulge, with smooth, rounded outer edges. The piece must be generated as a clean, continuous single-bodied solid geometry.
