Modify the existing CAD model only. Do NOT redesign the product. Do NOT change the overall dimensions. Do NOT change the assembly. Only improve the engineering details. DIVIDER WALL Keep the current wall geometry. Reduce the depth of all reinforcing ribs by approximately 25%. Maintain rib spacing. Blend every rib into the wall using 1–2 mm fillets. Remove all sharp 90° rib intersections. Round the entire top edge of the divider wall with a continuous 3–5 mm radius. Radius all exposed outside edges of the bottom support feet. Keep the slide rails and locking features unchanged. CONNECTOR Redesign only the connector while maintaining approximately the same overall size. Create four identical wall slots positioned 90° apart. Each slot must include: • guide rails • lead-in chamfers • alignment stop • locking surface Inside the connector add: • reinforced screw boss • structural ribs connecting the screw boss to each wall • rounded internal corners • uniform wall thickness • injection molding draft Round all external connector corners. Radius the bottom support feet. Maintain a compact appearance similar to the reference image. THUMB SCREW Do not modify. MANUFACTURING Optimize every feature for injection molding. Use: • uniform wall thickness • proper rib proportions • internal fillets • 2° draft • no unnecessary undercuts The finished CAD should preserve the existing design while improving strength, manufacturability, and appearance.
