The prompt

Modify the existing model. Do not redesign it from scratch. Create two configurations of the same four bodies: CONFIGURATION A — ASSEMBLED TEST SECTION - Position the outer frame and opening sash in their actual closed operating position. - The sash must physically nest inside the outer-frame rebate. - Maintain exactly 0.6 mm clearance between all moving frame and sash surfaces. - Position the 4 mm glass inside the sash glazing rebate. - Maintain 1.2 mm clearance around the glass edges. - Position the glazing bead fully snapped into its retaining groove. - The glazing bead must retain the glass through a replaceable rubber gasket, not by direct hard-plastic pressure. - No bodies may intersect or overlap. - Clearly separate all four bodies. CONFIGURATION B — EXPLODED VIEW - Create a copied exploded arrangement beside the assembled configuration. - Keep all components aligned along one axis. - Place each component 15 mm apart. CORRECT THE PROFILES: - Make the outer frame and sash genuinely hollow. - Add two enclosed chambers inside the outer frame. - Add one enclosed chamber inside the sash. - External walls: 2.4 mm. - Internal chamber walls: 1.8 mm. - Add a dovetail or bulb-retaining groove for a 3 mm rubber seal. - Do not use a simple open rectangular slot for the rubber seal. - Add a functional snap hook to the glazing bead. - Snap-hook clearance: 0.3 mm. - Minimum snap-hook thickness: 1.8 mm. - Add a reinforced solid zone for two M3 heat-set inserts in the sash. - Add two holes sized for M3 heat-set inserts. - Do not add any ridge, rail, or protrusion to the glass body. - The glass body must remain a plain rectangular plate exactly 4 mm thick. VALIDATION: - Run an interference check on the assembled configuration. - Report the minimum clearance between frame and sash. - Report the glass edge clearance. - Report the glazing bead snap-fit clearance. - Confirm that every component is a separate manifold solid. - Keep the total model size under 350 x 180 x 110 mm. - Use millimetres.
