Create a printable two-piece clamshell enclosure for the stripped internal PCB, LCD, battery, speaker, microphone, buttons, USB-C port, IR components, antenna, and expansion connectors from an M5StickS3 (K150). Overall finished outer dimensions: - Height: 58.0 mm - Width: 31.0 mm - Thickness: 19.0 mm - Corner radius: 3.0 mm - Main wall thickness: 1.8 mm - Internal electronics cavity: 49.0 mm tall × 25.0 mm wide × 15.6 mm deep - Use 0.35 mm clearance around the donor electronics for FDM printing tolerance. Make the body look like a compact cyberdeck / hacker multitool, not a toy: - Matte-black angular body with shallow diagonal armor panels. - Slightly flared, ribbed side grips. - Recessed front screen bezel. - Four exposed-looking screw positions at the corners. - Small technical-panel grooves on the rear, but do not make the body overly busy. - Make it pocketable and solid, with no sharp points. Front: - Centered portrait screen window: 15.0 mm wide × 26.0 mm tall, with 0.8 mm rounded corners. - Add a 0.8 mm-deep recessed bezel around the screen. - The LCD must sit on a printed support ledge behind the window; do not let the screen carry clamshell pressure. - Leave space beneath the screen for the original front button or a printed button cap. Bottom: - Centered USB-C opening: 10.2 mm wide × 4.6 mm tall. - Add a 1.0 mm chamfer around the USB-C opening so normal cables fit. Top: - Add a protected recessed opening for the original M5StickS3 IR transmitter/receiver components. - Add a removable or open access area for the original expansion hardware, including the 2 × 8 Hat2 bus and HY2.0-4P connector. - Keep this top area clear of thick plastic, metal, conductive filament, and screws. Sides: - Include access openings for the original side button or buttons. - Include small patterned grille openings for the microphone and speaker. Do not cover either component. - Add 1.2 mm-deep horizontal grip ribs on both long sides. Rear: - Use four M2 × 6 mm screws, with four M2 brass heat-set insert bosses in the rear half. - Place all screw bosses outside the 49 × 25 mm internal electronics cavity. - Add the engraved rear label: - Main text: “PayL0adR” in a sharp futuristic sans-serif font, 4.0 mm tall. - Directly below and offset to the lower-right: “mini” in the same font but only 1.5 mm tall. - Engraving depth: 0.45 mm. - Add a small recessed rectangular technical label panel around the text. Assembly: - Front and rear halves meet at a 0.8 mm tongue-and-groove seam. - Use nonconductive foam pads or shallow ledges to hold the PCB and battery without stressing them. - Preserve an antenna keep-out zone: no metal, no carbon-fiber filament, no screws, and no thick plastic directly over the original 2.4 GHz antenna. - Produce separate front-shell and rear-shell printable parts.
