Create two separate components: Part 1 = BOLT, Part 2 = NUT. Do NOT fuse the bolt and nut together. The nut must be a separate hexagonal component threaded onto the bolt. PART 1 – HEX HEAD BOLT: Create a standard metric hex-head bolt with the following dimensions: Bolt shank: Nominal shank diameter: Ø5.00 mm. Overall bolt length: Dimension from the underside of the bolt head to the extreme end of the bolt: 33.50 mm. Keep the bolt axis perfectly straight. Bolt head: Hexagonal head. Across-flats dimension: 8.00 mm. Across-corners dimension should be approximately 9.24 mm. Head thickness: 3.50 mm. The head must be concentric with the Ø5 mm shank. Use six flat faces with sharp, clean engineering geometry. Add a small transition/chamfer between the head and cylindrical shank similar to the reference drawing. Do not make the head circular; it must remain a true six-sided hex head.
