The prompt
Create a simple, editable, not-to-scale concept CAD model of the Kalpana Mega-Settlement. Use millimetres. Make each component a separate, clearly named solid. Keep all pieces visible in one assembly view and do not merge them into one solid. Use these illustrative tabletop dimensions only; they do not represent the real size or engineering design of a space settlement: - Central non-rotating service hub: cylinder, 80 mm diameter and 400 mm long, aligned along the Z axis. - Stanford Torus: a complete ring around the hub in the XY plane, with a 280 mm diameter ring centreline and a 45 mm diameter habitat tube. - Bernal Sphere: 130 mm diameter, attached at the top end of the hub through a visible circular bearing collar. - Two O’Neill Cylinders: each 300 mm long and 70 mm diameter, aligned parallel to the hub on opposite sides, with visible bearing collars. Show them as separate rotating habitats; if possible, add opposite-direction rotation arrows. - Kalpana‑1-inspired weather and communications satellite: a small separate observation module on a stationary boom outside the rotating habitats, with a sensor pointing outward and a small communications dish. Add simple connecting trusses from the stationary hub to the habitat bearing collars. Avoid intersections between parts. Use basic geometric forms and simple colours if supported. Name the components in the model tree. Keep the geometry clear and lightweight; do not add detailed interiors. This is a visual concept model only. Do not claim the dimensions, joints, rotation, structural strength, or habitability have been technically validated.
