Design a sealed high-pressure dielectric immersion cooling enclosure for cylindrical battery cells. Internal cavity dimensions: 540mm length, 360mm width, 160mm height with 6mm wall thickness. Inside the cavity, place an array of 150 cylindrical battery cells in a 10 by 15 grid pattern. Each cell is 33mm in diameter and 140mm in height, spaced with a uniform 2mm gap between adjacent cell walls (35mm center-to-center pitch). Include a 15mm perimeter flange at the top opening with 16 M6 clearance bolt holes and a 2mm O-ring seal groove. Include two 1-inch NPT threaded port bosses on opposite ends for dielectric fluid entry and exit.
