The prompt
Generate a typical standard floor plan for an old industrial building in Hong Kong. The floor is rectangular, 40 meters long and 25 meters wide, with a landing height of 3.5 meters. In the center of the floor, create a rectangular core area of 10 meters by 8 meters. In this core, place 2-m intervals on the longer shaft. On one of the shorter sides, 2 stair shafts are placed, each 2.5 m wide and 4 m deep, the whole area surrounding the core is open space for flexible use (office, storage, or light industrial), keeping the model at a simple geometric volume, no doors or windows, no minor finishes, and an overall floor area of about 1000 m2.
