Hollow Tube with Flat Side

Modify the existing tube body only. On one external side of the tube, directly over the 40 mm long internal 15 × 15 mm rectangular section, replace the curved outer surface with one flat surface. The flat surface must be centered over the internal 15 × 15 mm rectangular section and aligned with the tube longitudinal axis. Make the flat surface 32 mm wide and 50 mm long. Maintain approximately 2 mm wall thickness between the flat external surface and the internal 15 × 15 mm passage. Do not change the internal passage, the 15 × 15 mm dimensions, the R2.5 mm corners, the 40 mm straight section, the transitions, the inlet, or the outlet. Do not add a separate plate, block, shell, or second wall. The flat surface must be created by removing material from the existing outer wall of the same tube body. The final result must remain one single continuous watertight solid.
