The prompt
Design a 3D-printable mounting bracket for an ESP32-CAM (AI-Thinker) module. It will be attached to the top crossbeam of an aluminium gantry frame, above a conveyor belt, with the camera looking straight down at products. PARTS TO MODEL (2 parts, single STEP/STL export each): 1) CAMERA HOLDER (case) - Pocket for the ESP32-CAM board: 27 x 40.5 mm, total thickness 12 mm (board + camera module). Add 0.3 mm clearance on every side. - The board has NO mounting holes: hold it with two snap-fit clips on the long sides and a small rear rib, plus a removable back cover with 2 x M2 screws. - Round hole for the camera lens, 10 mm diameter, on the bottom face, with a 45-degree chamfer so the walls do not block the field of view. - Small opening (about 6 x 4 mm) in front of the flash LED. - Slot on one short side for the micro-USB / 5 V wires. Keep a 10 mm free area around the on-board antenna (no thick walls over it). - Small vent holes on the back cover. - Wall thickness 2 mm, outer corners rounded R2. - Two pivot ears with an M4 hole each, so the holder can be tilted and locked (tilt range 0 to 30 degrees). 2) GANTRY CLAMP BRACKET - L-shaped bracket, 4 mm thick, that clamps onto a 20 x 20 mm square aluminium profile (crossbeam of the gantry). - Clamp part: two M5 holes in slots (adjustable position along the profile), with two small ribs that grip the profile. - Arm: extends 60 mm downward from the beam, ending with the two pivot ears that receive the holder (M4 bolt and nut, hex pocket for the nut). - Add one vertical slot of 40 mm so the camera height can be adjusted. - Target camera height: 120 to 150 mm above the conveyor belt (belt width 100 mm). GENERAL - Material: PETG or PLA, FDM printing, no support needed if possible (print the back cover flat). - Parametric dimensions if the tool allows it. - Units: millimetres. Export STEP (for CATIA) and STL (for printing).
