Design a complete industrial electroplating line for Zamak fashion accessories such as buttons, buckles, and small garment accessories. The line should include all major stages: loading and unloading stations, alkaline degreasing, rinsing tanks, acid activation, cyanide copper strike, copper plating, rinsing, nickel plating, decorative finishing, final rinsing, drying, and inspection. Design the line as a realistic factory layout with appropriately sized process tanks, overhead hoists, transfer rails, anode arrangements, filtration systems, pumps, ventilation/exhaust, chemical storage, wastewater collection, and operator walkways. Make the design modular and suitable for small-to-medium scale production. Provide detailed 3D CAD models, dimensions, tank capacities, equipment placement, material flow direction, and an overall 2D factory layout. The finished design should be optimized specifically for Zamak accessories and high-volume button production.
