Design a 3D-printable electronics housing for a wearable ultrasound device PCB. The housing must fit a PCB approximately 65 mm long and 45 mm wide. Create a rectangular rounded electronics enclosure with a removable screw-on lid. Main dimensions: - Outer housing size: 95 mm long × 70 mm wide × 22 mm tall. - Bottom tray height: 18 mm. - Lid thickness: 3 mm. - Wall thickness: 3 mm. - Base thickness: 3 mm. - Internal PCB clearance space: 72 mm long × 52 mm wide × 15 mm high. - Rounded outer corners with 7 mm corner radius. Lid and screw features: - Add a flat removable lid on top. - Add four M3 screw holes near the corners. - Screw holes should be 9 mm from each outer edge. - Lid screw clearance holes should be 3.2 mm diameter. - Add counterbores on the lid for screw heads: 6 mm diameter and 2 mm deep. - Add four internal screw bosses in the bottom tray. - Screw bosses should be 8 mm outer diameter. - Screw boss pilot holes should be 2.6 mm diameter. - Screw bosses should align with the lid screw holes. Cable feature: - Add a centered cable entry slot on one short side. - Cable slot size: 12 mm wide × 5 mm high. - Round the edges of the cable slot. Printing requirements: - Make it suitable for FDM 3D printing. - Avoid unnecessary overhangs. - Fillet sharp edges. - The design should be simple, functional, and printable.
