Create a precise parametric 3D CAD model of the TOP ENCLOSURE for a rotating circular drawing board. Units: millimeters. Overall outside diameter: 340 mm. Overall enclosure height: 55 mm. Wall thickness: 3 mm. Create a circular cylindrical housing with: - Outer diameter Ø340 mm - Inner diameter Ø334 mm to maintain 3 mm wall thickness - Height 55 mm - Open bottom - Top rim designed to hold a circular acrylic board - Circular acrylic-board recess: Ø305 mm - Acrylic board thickness: 3 mm - Recess depth: 3.2 mm - Add a small retaining lip around the Ø305 mm acrylic board recess - Provide clearance so the acrylic board can sit flat and be removable. Add a small USB-C charging port opening on the side. Add a rectangular motor-access opening on the lower side approximately 50 mm wide × 40 mm high. Add suitable screw/mating features around the lower edge for attaching the bottom enclosure. Use rounded external edges with approximately 2 mm fillets. Keep the design symmetrical around the central vertical axis. Make the model fully editable and parametric. Do not add electronics, motor, battery, or acrylic board. Exportable as STEP/STL.
