The prompt

Create a precision, parametric cyclone dust separator for ANSYS Fluent CFD, using millimetres. Create the physical shell and a separate, continuous internal air-fluid volume. Main geometry - Cylindrical chamber: 100 mm internal diameter × 150 mm high. - Cone: 250 mm high, tapering from 100 mm to 37.5 mm internal diameter. - Nominal shell thickness: 3 mm. - Central vortex finder: hollow, 50 mm internal diameter, centred on the cyclone axis, extending 50 mm below the roof into the chamber. Continue its clean-air outlet 100 mm above the roof. - Bottom dust outlet: hollow, centred, 37.5 mm internal diameter, extending 50 mm below the cone. Tangential side inlet—correctly connected and flush - Create a hollow rectangular inlet passage, 100 mm long, with a 20 mm × 50 mm internal opening, positioned near the top of the cylindrical chamber. - In top view, its centreline must be tangent to the chamber circumference—not radial or aimed at the centre—so incoming air flows circumferentially and creates swirl. - Boolean-cut a matching opening completely through the cyclone shell. Unite the inlet’s internal passage with the main chamber’s internal air volume. - The inlet must open into the chamber around the vortex finder, not directly into the vortex-finder tube. Remove all obstructing wall material; leave no cap, blind pocket, gap or separating wall. - No portion of the inlet duct, block, lip or stub may protrude outside the cyclone shell. Make the inlet’s exterior boundary flush with the shell while preserving its fully open internal connection. - Do not model the inlet as a solid block, exterior frame or disconnected duct. Open flow paths - Keep the chamber roof closed except for the vortex-finder penetration. - Keep the vortex finder hollow and open at its upper clean-air outlet and lower end inside the chamber. - Keep the bottom dust outlet hollow and open. - Connect the inlet, chamber, cone and outlet passages as a continuous internal fluid region, with no accidental caps or blockages. CFD-ready geometry - Extract one continuous, watertight internal fluid volume suitable for ANSYS Fluent meshing. - Check for gaps, disconnected regions, blocked openings and non-manifold faces. - Create separate selectable boundary faces/named selections: "INLET_VELOCITY", "CLEAN_AIR_OUTLET", "DUST_OUTLET", and "CYCLONE_WALLS". - Provide isometric, top, dimensioned front and vertical section/cutaway views. The section must clearly prove the inlet opens into the chamber and has no external protruding portion. - Keep dimensions editable. Export the shell and fluid volume separately as STEP if supported. Avoid decorative features and unnecessary fillets.
