The prompt
Modify the existing connector only. Do NOT change the outside shape, outside diameter, or overall size. Keep the rounded housing exactly as it is. Improve only the internal engineering. Add: • Four guide rail channels matching the divider wall rails. • Positive insertion stops inside each wall slot. • 0.25 mm clearance per side for smooth sliding. • Lead-in chamfers on every slot. • Central reinforced screw boss. • Internal pressure pad that the thumb screw pushes against. • Internal structural ribs connecting the screw boss to each wall slot. • Anti-rattle contact surfaces. • Hollow interior with approximately 3 mm wall thickness. • Internal fillets (1–2 mm). • 2° draft on molded surfaces. Replace the plain cylindrical side rod with an ergonomic thumb screw that includes: • Large knurled grip • M6 threaded shaft • Shoulder stop The thumb screw must tighten the pressure pad, locking all divider walls securely without damaging them. Do not redesign the outside of the connector. Only improve the internal mechanism and wall interface.
