The prompt
Start with a 16 x 8 x 2 inch rectangular solid. Modify ONLY the outer perimeter. Do NOT leave the edges straight. Create a symmetric stepped contour around all four sides. Each side shall contain three rectangular offsets: - Center section recessed 0.50 inch. - Two outer sections extended 0.50 inch. - Corners square. - All transitions 90 degrees. - Mirror the profile on opposite sides. The result should resemble a commercial interlocking concrete block mold insert with multiple stepped edge contours. Keep the top surface flat. Keep the bottom surface flat. Retain the two PVC through holes. Produce a single solid body only.
