Create a precise, watertight solid CAD model for FDM 3D printing. All dimensions are in millimetres. Base shape: Create a rectangular prism measuring exactly: X = 35.00 mm (length) Y = 15.00 mm (width) Z = 5.00 mm (thickness) Corner orientation: Looking at the part from directly above (Z-axis), the rectangle has corners at: (0, 0) (35, 0) (35, 15) (0, 15) Chamfer: Chamfer ONLY the corner at (35, 0). The chamfer must be a 45-degree straight diagonal cut connecting: (32.50, 0.00) (35.00, 2.50) Therefore, the chamfer removes exactly 2.50 mm along the 35 mm X edge and exactly 2.50 mm along the 15 mm Y edge. The resulting top-down footprint must have these five vertices, in order: (0,0), (32.5,0), (35,2.5), (35,15), (0,15). Important: Do NOT chamfer, bevel, fillet, round, or modify any other corner or edge. The other three corners must remain sharp 90-degree corners. Keep the entire part exactly 5.00 mm thick, with the chamfer extending vertically through the full 5 mm thickness. No holes, curves, fillets, engravings, text, or additional features. Final requirements: Overall maximum X dimension: 35.00 mm Overall maximum Y dimension: 15.00 mm Overall Z thickness: 5.00 mm One 45° corner cut only Chamfer legs: exactly 2.50 mm × 2.50 mm Watertight/manifold solid Suitable for Bambu Lab P1S FDM printing Export as STL (and 3MF if supported). Before exporting, verify the model dimensions and confirm that the chamfered corner is specifically the (35,0) corner. 🔎 One important thing When you open the resulting STL in Bambu Studio, look at it from the top. You should see this basic shape: (0,15) ┌──────────────────────┐ (35,15) │ │ │ │ │ │ (0,0) └─────────────────╲ │ ╲ │ ╲ │ └───┘ (35,2.5) The bottom-right corner is the only corner that should be cut, with the diagonal running from (32.5, 0) to (35, 2.5). That coordinate definition should make it very difficult for the AI CAD tool to misunderstand you.
