The prompt
"Create a 3D cylindrical carousel disc for a smart dispenser. Start with a solid cylinder with a diameter of 180mm and a height of 30mm. On the top circular face, create a single extruded cut slot pocket near the outer edge (12mm wide, 25mm long radially, cut through the entire 30mm height). Create a circular pattern of this slot cut feature around the center axis with 21 equally spaced instances (17.14 degrees apart). In the exact center of the disc, add a 5mm diameter through-hole for a stepper motor D-shaft. Fillet all top slot edges by 1mm for smooth pill sliding."
