The prompt
I need a two part cylinder component, inner diameter should be 3 inches, and the outer 3.5 inches, both need to be 6 inches tall. Essentially the outer will have openings on the side that allow you to slide a cable through, like a usbc so it catches onto the inner, then you spin the outer to wind up the cable like a spool. It should have a square base roughly 8mm thick
