Create a single-piece parametric FDM coin counting tray. Use millimeters. The tray must have five parallel U-shaped troughs for current Brazilian Real coins. Coins must stand vertically on their edges, with their faces parallel. Coin thickness accumulates along the length of each trough. Arrange the troughs from left to right: 1. R$1: diameter 27.00 mm, thickness 1.95 mm 2. 50 cents: diameter 23.00 mm, thickness 2.85 mm 3. 25 cents: diameter 25.00 mm, thickness 2.25 mm 4. 10 cents: diameter 20.00 mm, thickness 2.23 mm 5. 5 cents: diameter 22.00 mm, thickness 1.65 mm Each trough must hold exactly 50 coins. For each trough: - Internal width = coin diameter + 0.60 mm - Useful length = 50 times coin thickness + 2.00 mm - Groove depth = 48 percent of coin diameter - Open top - Rounded U-shaped bottom - Closed front and rear stops - Add a finger-access notch in the front stop Align all troughs at the front. Different trough lengths are allowed. Use: - 3.0 mm minimum material below each groove - 2.2 mm outer walls - 4.0 mm spacing between troughs - 6.0 mm rounded outer corners - 1.5 mm fillets - Completely flat bottom Maximum size: 220 x 190 mm. The part must be one solid manifold body, printable flat without supports using a 0.4 mm nozzle. Do not add text, numbers, logos or counting marks yet.
