Design a 7400 mm long and 2600 mm wide boat hull bottom as a single watertight HDPE PE100 sandwich structure. Use a 10 mm outer skin, 10 mm inner skin, and 10 mm thick longitudinal trapezoidal corrugated webs between the skins. The aft 4900 mm is flat. From 4900 mm forward, smoothly transition into a bow with 25-degree deadrise and narrowing beam. Corrugation height shall vary linearly from 250 mm at the transom to 70 mm at the bow. Corrugation pitch shall vary from 200 mm at the stern to 150 mm at the bow. Use 20 mm radii in corrugation corners and 15 mm fillets where corrugations join the skins. Generate a single manifold solid suitable for STEP export and large-format HDPE 3D printing.
