Surface details: Maintain constant material thickness everywhere. Add 15 mm fillets where corrugations connect to skins. Preserve smooth transitions between flat stern section and V-shaped bow section. Output requirements: Generate one closed manifold solid body. Suitable for STEP export. Suitable for large-scale HDPE 3D printing. Show full internal corrugated structure. No gaps, overlaps, or self-intersections. High geometric accuracy.
