Create a FLAT, rectangular 3D-printable door panel for Beko BDIS 38040 A. FINAL size: 448 × 717 × 18 mm. The OUTSIDE FRONT and REAR must be completely flat. NO protrusions, handles, bumps, external ribs or decorative shapes. All reinforcement must be INSIDE the panel. Create EXACTLY 4 rear blind pilot holes Ø2 × 14 mm: UL X80 Y55, UR X368 Y55, LL X80 Y530, LR X368 Y530. No other holes. Use a lightweight internal sandwich structure: 2.5 mm front skin, 2.5 mm rear skin, ~3 mm internal ribs. Keep total thickness exactly 18 mm. IMPORTANT: Split the panel into 6 completely separate printable parts arranged 2 columns × 3 rows. Each part must fit within 250 × 250 mm. Approximate part size: 224 × 239 mm. Add hidden internal tongue-and-groove alignment joints between parts. NO joint or connector may protrude beyond the 18 mm outer surfaces. Create 6 separate solid bodies ready for STL export and printing on a Bambu Lab P2S, plus the complete 448 × 717 × 18 mm assembly.
