Design a floor-standing industrial prototype of an automated meal-preparation machine, approximately refrigerator-sized. The machine accepts user-loaded raw ingredients and automatically washes, peels potatoes, cuts ingredients, cooks rice, beef stew and vegetables, deep-fries potatoes, transfers the finished food to a removable three-compartment serving tray, then cleans, sanitizes with controlled steam and dries the food-contact areas. Target capacity: up to 5 kg raw food per cycle and multiple portions. Create a rigid metal frame with stainless-steel food-contact surfaces and sheet-metal panels. Separate the machine into modular zones: 1. Raw preparation: washing, peeling and cutting. 2. Cooking: rice, stew and vegetables. 3. Frying: isolated hot-oil fryer with removable basket. 4. Serving: removable three-compartment tray with docking and locking. 5. Cleaning: water, detergent, rinse, steam sanitation and drying. 6. Water/waste: clean-water tank, dirty-water tank and solid-waste container. 7. Electronics: protected control compartment. 8. Battery: removable protected battery compartment. Keep water, steam and hot oil physically separated from electronics and battery. Use smooth, washable food-contact surfaces, rounded corners and removable service panels. Prioritize function, durability, safety, hygiene and manufacturability over appearance. Design it as a modular assembly with major subsystems separated so they can later be redesigned individually.
