The prompt
Generate a single 3D model of an auto-injector pen oriented along the Z-axis. Create this as one continuous solid body using the following sequential steps: Create a main cylinder (the housing) with a diameter of 18mm and a length of 110mm. On the bottom (distal) face of the main cylinder, create a smaller concentric cylinder (the nozzle) with a diameter of 10mm and a length of 15mm. Add a 2mm fillet to the transition edge between these two cylinders. On the top (proximal) face of the main cylinder, create a concentric cylinder (the trigger button) with a diameter of 16mm and a length of 15mm. Add a 1mm chamfer to the top edge of this button. Create a through-hole (extrude cut) running through the entire center axis of the model with a diameter of 6mm to represent the needle and plunger path. Add a 1mm fillet to the very bottom edge of the 10mm nozzle.
