The prompt
Create one watertight 3D printable mechanical part: an AAC picture token body with a stepped front pocket. Make the part as one solid body. Coordinate orientation: - The front face is the top surface. - The back face is the bottom surface. - The pull tab is on the top edge of the square. Main body: - Rounded square body - Width: 66 mm - Height: 66 mm - Thickness: 11.5 mm - Corner radius: 7 mm - Add a centered pull tab on the top edge - Pull tab size: 24 mm wide, 10 mm tall, 11.5 mm thick - Pull tab corners should be rounded - Body and tab should be joined into one solid part Front face stepped pocket: Create a two-level recessed pocket in the front/top face. Level 1: upper retainer-frame seat - Cut a rounded square recessed seat into the front face - Seat size: 60 mm x 60 mm - Seat depth: 2.0 mm - Seat centered on the token body - This upper seat is where a separate front retainer frame will sit - Leave a visible raised outside border around this 60 mm seat Level 2: lower image and laminate pocket - Inside the 60 mm retainer seat, cut a deeper centered pocket - Lower pocket size: 54 mm x 54 mm - Lower pocket depth: additional 1.5 mm - Total depth at the lower image pocket should be 3.5 mm from the original top surface - This lower pocket holds a wrapper, photo, printed symbol, or clear laminate - The lower pocket must be a real recessed tray, not an engraved line Back face magnet pockets: - Cut two circular blind holes into the back/bottom face - Each hole diameter: 10.4 mm - Each hole depth: 3.2 mm - Holes are centered left-to-right - Upper magnet hole center is 16 mm above the body center - Lower magnet hole center is 16 mm below the body center - Holes must be open from the back/bottom face Back cover plate seat: - Add a shallow recessed square area on the back face around the two magnet holes - Recessed cover seat size: 47 mm x 47 mm - Cover seat depth: 1.0 mm - Center the cover seat on the back face - Magnet holes should remain visible inside this recessed cover seat Finish: - Slightly fillet or round external edges - Avoid thin fragile features - Make the model one valid watertight solid - No supports required - Export as STL
