Create a precise 2D/3D CAD model of a linear array of 32 identical gold electrodes. Geometry: Number of electrodes: exactly 32 Arrangement: all 32 electrodes in a single straight row Electrode dimensions: 1.0 mm wide × 10.0 mm long Gold electrode thickness: exactly 100 nm (0.0001 mm) Electrode material: gold (Au) Pitch: exactly 1.5 mm center-to-center between adjacent electrodes The 1.5 mm pitch must be measured from the centerline of one electrode to the centerline of the next electrode. Therefore, the clear gap between adjacent 1.0 mm wide electrodes must be 0.5 mm. All electrodes must have identical dimensions and be perfectly parallel and aligned. The 10 mm dimension is the length/height of each electrode, perpendicular to the direction of the 1.5 mm pitch. The 1 mm dimension is the width of each electrode, parallel to the pitch direction. The array must contain exactly 32 electrodes, with 31 equal pitch intervals. Do not merge or overlap the electrodes. Coordinate definition: Place the 32 electrodes along the X axis. Each electrode is 1.0 mm in X and 10.0 mm in Y. Electrode thickness is 0.0001 mm in Z. Center the complete array around X = 0. The center-to-center distance between adjacent electrodes is exactly 1.5 mm. The centers of the first and last electrodes must therefore be 46.5 mm apart. The overall electrode array width in X, from the outer edge of the first electrode to the outer edge of the last electrode, must be 47.5 mm. Overall electrode dimensions excluding any substrate: 47.5 mm × 10.0 mm × 0.0001 mm. Create each electrode as a separate solid/body or clearly identifiable feature so that all 32 electrodes can be individually selected and inspected in the CAD model. Use exact dimensions and do not approximate the pitch, electrode dimensions, number of electrodes, or gold thickness.
